The owner of the Online Store beatbars.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is NILSON sp z o. o. (Ltd.), located at Wrocław 53-609, Fabryczna 16H, Poland.
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. They are in euros and include VAT. NILSON ships to 27 EU countries and offers free EU shipping.

Add the desired products to your shopping cart to order them. Fill in all of the required fields to complete the order. The total price is then displayed on the screen. Payments can be made using credit and debit cards via Braintree Payments (a PayPal Service), PayPal itself, or Apple Pay.
The contract enters into force when the payable amount is transferred to the bank account or payment service account of the Online Store. If we cannot fulfil the order due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
Our products are shipped to all EU countries (except for Cyprus and Malta). The Customer does not bear the shipping costs. All shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the Customer within 3-6 days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. We have the right to ship products in up to 8 days in exceptional cases.
We take pride in satisfying our customers. Therefore, we make every effort to be as thorough, reliable, and error-free as possible. On occasion, it may be necessary to return an item, and we will gladly refund the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) for all items returned to us in unused condition
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Customer is a legal person.
If the product has been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the Online Store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the product.
To return the product, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal (the form for which can be found in the order confirmation email) to the email address within 14 days of receiving the product. The Customer shall bear the cost of returning the product, except in cases where the reason for the return lies in the fact that a refundable product does not comply with the order (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
The Customer must return the product within 14 days of the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or submit evidence that they handed over the product to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receiving the returned product, the Online Store shall return to the Customer, immediately but no later than after 14 days, all of the payments received from the Customer based on the contract.
The Online Store is responsible for the non-compliance of products sold to the Customer with the terms which occur within one year of delivering the product to the Customer. Within the first six months of delivery, it is assumed that the defect was present at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store’s responsibility to prove otherwise. The Customer has the right to turn to the Online Store within two months of the occurrence of the defect by emailing .
The Online Store is not liable for any defects arising after delivering the product to the Customer. If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store shall return to the Customer all of the payments involved in the contract of sale. The online store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
The Online Store only uses the personal data entered by the Customer (including name, address and email) for processing the order and sending goods to the Customer. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the product.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the Customer's email address only if the Customer has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail. The Customer is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their email address at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.
If the Customer and the Online Store are not able to settle the dispute by mutual agreement, the Customer may contact the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a Customer and the Online Store. The resolution of disputes by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection is free of charge for the Customer. Customers may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
